Liber-Tea

This is a blend I have loved making for years and find myself coming back to again and again. The African basil has a warming clove-like flavor which is balanced by neutral and soothing notes of oatstraw and earthy nettle. It makes a wonderful daily tea and can be especially supportive when recovering from seasonal illnesses like cold and flu.

Each bag makes approximately 12 tablespoons (servings).
